Ordering one for my new 1LE. Do you know how far up from the bottom of the blade spoiler I should align the bottom of the wicker bill? Also, which hardware set do you recommend?

I love the IMSA look that gives Camaros. What do you think of the splitter add on from ZL1? Since I will drive my 1 LE at COTA, I want all that track stuff LOL!!

+Jim Shahan Well the ZL1 front end is wider, so you need to buy an aftermarket version that looks like it.

Polished edge has a polished edge. Standard has a hand routed edge

you might want to buy a unibit step drill they work great on plastics and fiberglass

Exactly! Step drill bit takes away the anxiety of using a standard drill bit. Much more control.

Do you know the options that this Wickerbill was on the ZL1 addons site? Was it standard or polished edge? Was the hardware standard black, stainless steel stealth or black stealth. I cant seem to find anywhere what the differences are. I want it to look the best on my White 1LE

Stealth is clipped corners, polished edge is that, polished over routed. the standard hardware is black, but the upgraded hardware is stainless and recessed.

What's the point of a wicker bill, is it mostly for esthetic purposes or for performance as well

Wicker bills offer a bit more down force at higher rates of speed. Depending the profile of the car and how wide the wicker is all play a roll in how much.

It should fit, might be a bit short for that setup as your RS spoiler overhangs vs the 1LE setup.

Is this spoiler really fragile? I mean if you're going through an automatic car wash will the spoiler be safe and not tear up?

+Detroit 1030 would be very safe, it bolts on into the rivets. But man... why auto wash your car. Pay for the hand wash ;)

You would need a ZL1 front end to put the splitter on.

I have a 5th gen with the GM decklid spoiler option. Can I do the same as well? If so how much would you charge for an install? I'm dropping my car off next month (sep) at cummingham for LTs and Cam. Be awesome if I could get that done while I'm up there!!

Technically yes, but they have better options for your specific spoiler. The issue with your set up and this wicker bill is it’s really hard to get the outside edge rivnut in place on your spoiler.

Videos are good, however in all of your videos you neglect to really give good walk arounds of the completed mod. Take more time to zoom out and give us a good look at it...
