The constant stream of anomalies with GME is undeniable. The existence of a need for obligations tied to ftds and derivatives to be constantly juggled is clear in the data. The persistence of this outlier data over time strongly suggests market manipulation. That's what makes this difficult to predict, because somebody is quite clearly playing defense.

@@esInvests As can be seen in different types of swap disclosures, unusual paired far OTM options, positions moved to jurisdictions with limited disclosure, absurd share lending data - especially considering GME's unique shareholder structure, and weird glitches at weird times.

6:50 Love this! We have had this exact thought for 3 years. Biggy and Richard Newton got most of there analysis from earlier speculation/hypotheses from Reddit. Specifically from users like Gherkinit (who called this recent run back on 5/3 well before DFV tweeted)

11:20 Can you check out the potential buyer on Thursday Jun 20th of 5000 June 28 22c 1000-2000 June 28 26.50c at EOD $2.5 million big block and sweep orders for weeklies? Massive volume on a low OI strike, that buyer is basically all of the liquidity forcing the counterparty to be a DMM like Wolverine Trading correct? Didn’t see any corresponding volume to suggest any spreads/strangles. The price action corresponding with that option flow was extremely bullish as well suggesting possible immediate delta hedging? Would love your opinion/feedback on this!

Occam's Razor (I know, I hate that cliché) suggests the simplest explanation for what you see in the options chain is this: the creation of synthetics through MASSIVE naked shorting by those legally permitted to do so (through legal loopholes) is WAY DA F*** out of control, beyond anything people think is normal, reasonable, or sane. They EXPECT to naked the piss out of any squeeze, then "shell game" the excess float (through ETFs) over time.

@@metsanyc The explanation that "posits the fewest entities, or fewer kinds of entities, are to be preferred to explanations that posit more" is (simply put) "crime".The FTD shell game is a simpler set of variables to explain the behavior of the options chain in GME than "an extensive and largely unknown free market black box" as conventional explanations prefer. The theory with the fewest variables is "you are witnessing the crime of naked shorting by the few with the legal privilege to abuse liquidity clauses". Small group with that privilege abusing it excessively; simplest answer that fits the evidence.

These “entities” you mention need their qualities rigorously compared to one another. Defining Occam’s razor merely as “the simplest answer” is an absurdly lazy oversimplification, typically made by the unread. Assumptions are not equal; it’s their quality, not solely quantity, that matters for the razor’s conclusion. Your baseless assertion that a “crime” is taking place, founded only on other flimsy assumptions, is a prime example of weak reasoning. It’s a pyramid scheme of assumptions. Rethink your stance before resorting to Google or ChatGPT to reinforce your assumptions further.
