Goan Beans Foogath | French Beans Recipe | Vegetarian Recipe 

When it comes to the Goan Foogath, I usually think Cabbage. However, a collaboration opportunity with Nestle Maggi caused me to try something new :)
Made with the humble french beans as the hero ingredient, Beans Foogath presents itself as a comforting dish. To pump up flavour, I added MAGGI MAGIC CUBES, which is made with selected spices and years of trust. It adds an irresistible taste and aroma to all your vegetarian dishes!
Disclaimer: Suggested Preparation
Ingredients:
250 Grams French Beans, washed & de-strung
1 medium-sized Onion, sliced
2-3 Garlic cloves, chopped
2 Chillies (I used some ripe red ones)
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
A sprig of Curry Leaves
1 MAGGI Magic Cube (for added flavour)
Salt (careful to not add much if you're using Maggi Cubes)
2 Tablespoons fresh, grated Coconut
