Nutmeg - 1/8 inch piece
Star Anise - 4 petals
Black Peppercorns - 6
Cloves - 4
Green Cardamom - 1
Mace - small piece
Cinnamon stick - ½ inch piece
Cooking / Coconut Oil - 5 tbsp
Mushrooms - 200 gms
Water - 1 ¾ cups / 420 ml
Salt - 1 ½ tsp
