1. When you see in their actions indicators mentioned in scripture. 2. When you feel confirmation or conviction in your heart when praying about your relationship with this person. 3. When things happen outside of your control that directly answer the questions you had about this person. 4. When other trustworthy people give you helpful information about this person. 5. When reality contradicts your feelings.
I have met the girl from my village in a diferent country on the same job "coinciedencly". The thing is she is 14 yrs younger than me, than from very begging we started understanding each other. By the way I am 40, both of us are Christians. We have very similar souls, I felt it from the start. We started well, and when feelings from both side began to be shown, both of us started feeling scared especially her. Than now we somwhow know, we like each other, but one day we do not talk at all, even no saying hello, and another day we shyly try to get connection. Somethimes I am sure she is the one, and next day I doubt. I had her on my heart every time I prayed, even before we really met here. For example, today I planned to invite her out with me, and that day she does not talk to me, and at the end of the day, she say me goodbye with very nice smile. Another day she is more ooen, but I felt scared and shy because of her behavior from previous day. So I hope so, it is gonna have happy end. I prqy to God to make our hearts and souls ooen to each other, but it does not work yet. I am trying to be, but patience and all of this happend, make so tired, that I started thinking to give up, even to quit the job here and go to work somewhere else, but on other side, I somehow feel from the bottom of my spirit, that everything is going to be ok.
@@NaileaGuerrero well, I'm a young 63 and have never been married. I came close a couple of times, but didn't feel right about it. Being single at the age I am now is actually a little easier, but I still want a godly lady to finish out the rest of my life in with. The problem now is, most of the women I see that are close to my age look quite a bit older than myself. I've kept myself in pretty good shape without gaining weight like most men my age, and would prefer a woman who has done the same. I'm not at all looking for perfection, I just don't want a woman that outweighs me by 20 or 30 pound's, and that's hard to find where I live. But most importantly, I want a woman who has truly made Jesus their Lord and has come into full agreement with God.
How do I know if I am meant to be single I can tell you right now I really don’t want to be and God wouldn’t force someone to be single would he and if he does force me to be single then he shouldn’t of created me I already believe I shouldn’t of been born it would be the worst thing God could do to me love is one of things I want the most
I was just looking up how to accept something is over today and you telling me to “accept the reality is Gods will” spoke to me. It’s hard but I’m getting through.
"When reality contradicts your feelings." By far, the most difficult, I think, in both good and bad. Wanting to see good in people, but seeing bad in reality, vice versa. wanting to see bad but seeing good. Maybe "wanting" to see bad is too strong, but rather feeling bad and having undue suspicions - if that makes sense.
If you feel like somebody is going to betray you because of your past experiences even though a particular person you're interested in hasn't shown any signs that they would betray you, then that's an issue that you should be working on dealing with in your own life before beginning a romantic relationship.
That last point about trauma really hit home for me as that is my current struggle from a relational experience that just happened last year. Thank you for including that and may God bless you 🙏🏾❤
At around 6:36 I am not sure when it's that difficult to talk to the person because you can't be around them that this is God telling you no because it seems to be the opposite.

that part about reality has been my struggle....okay, it's not a relationship but a good friend, and even though things in our friendship have changed for the better, my heart seems to be stuck in his previous behaviors and I don't know I can't change my thinking about everything. He doesn't do certain things etc but I have those things stuck in my head. I know part of it is fear that this can't be real, something will go wrong. He's been such a great friend and I am trying to get it through my head.

Before I met someone 2 years ago I was sleeping at night and I had a dream that god told me I was going to have twins. But I said to him how am I going to do that if I’m fixed? Then I found him and he told me he has twins from his last relationship. Now he’s coming to see me. We’ve known each other for 2 years. Now he’s saying that he wants to get engaged with me. But I keep questioning myself am I ready to be married?
If reality contradicts my feelings, does that mean I should question reality? Or my feelings? What about the truth? Should I question the truth? Or should I let someone else tell me what to do when I'm 35 years old and still single because i want to be single? Because if I don't want to be single, and I meet someone else who doesn't want to be single, that is not two people who are looking for love. That is two people who are looking for validation. And, if you'll look closely at every story in the Bible, mainly the one at the beginning, with Adam and Eve. What was THE PUNISHMENT THAT EVE RECEIVED FOR LYING???? Genesis 3:16 "To the woman he said, I will make your pains in childbearing very severe; with painful labor you will give birth to children. YOUR DESIRE WILL BE FOR YOUR HUSBAND AND HE WILL RULE OVER YOU" This is what the Lord God Did AS THE PUNISHMENT FOR THEIR DISOBEDIENCE. What is this confusion with all the relationship mumbo jumbo? Even Jesus' disciples, after hearing all of the ridiculous drama from all the married people who thought getting married would be a good idea: Matt 19:10. His disciples say unto Him "if the case of the man be so with his wife, IT IS NOT GOOD TO MARRY" do you think you're gonna be MARRIED TO ONE PERSON FOR ETERNITY? or, do you think THERE WILL BE FREEDOM IN ETERNITY. TO DO WHATEVER YOU WANT.
If 1-4 are saying the person is that someone then the feelings in #5 would be valid. I doubt one person would feel something so strong and the other person would feel nothing.
I have experienced many times to minister towards an individual. However, I am married so not sure if this would be appropriate other than to lead him to salvation. Any advise?
the man I prayed for has been experiencing bad crisis in his life. His dad just died last year his mom becomes depress and he cannot just leave her alone. so he just attended online service I prayed hard he would return to the church in which he did occasionally. I hope the trials he had faced is strengthening him for marriage.
