I still remember that day September 8th, 2022 Queen Elizabeth II died and my school was going crazy and when I got home I played the British national anthem so nostalgic
The video is perfectly made and the selection of footage of our new King, Charles the 3rd is glorious. On the other hand however I must say that this may be the single most diabolically awful vocal rendition of our national anthem that I have ever heard and I can't possibly give this video a like because of that.
@@Liamguy-xp3if The national anthem is not supposed to be sad, it is supposed to be joyful, triumphant and proud. The voice is not soft at all. It is full of the same ugly, over exaggerated, ridiculous sounding vocal embellishments found in American pop music (especially that of the 90s and 00s) that make any words being sang sound like gibberish nonsense. To me it makes a mockery of the national anthem.
@@Oxley016I know what the anthem is I listen to it every night before I go to bed but this one the second part sounds a bit sad like they miss the queen Maby just how my autism sees it
I believe it is the extended Canadian version, due to the presence of Justin Trudeau in the video and also the singer who, if I'm not mistaken, is a Canadian.
