The faces on the mag in question were the recently elected county councillors. There were black and Asia standing for ukip but the great British public decided who won. Sorry everyone!
I never understood why journalists did not understand that a lot of the time, he was joking. But he is an arse. Many Disabled people may have never paid, but they should vote.
