Totally agree!! He’s such an underrated drummer who has his own style & own sound. Saw em in NJ w/ Staind late July. They sounded jus like when they first started ! 👍🤘🤘🤘
I was born in the wrong time, man. I was born 3 days after their first album came out. I was raised on Godsmack. Saw them for the first time September 8th and it was one hell of a show. What I'd give to go back in time and see them when they were a younger band. So damn good.
I agree. I saw them the first time when I was probably 10 years old, ha. I’m now 26. I wish I was older and could have enjoyed them while they were younger.
I felt that way about Led Zeppelin ..Godsmack did a great version of Good Times ,Bad Tiimes in 08' in the streets of Boston ...Love they're from my homestate !

Me, my wife (then girlfriend) and sister at 8:40-8:43. Great show!! Stayed on property for a couple days for these shows...saw Evanescence the night before...good times in music!! Pre kids and serious responsibilities. If I remember right Cold was supposed to open this show but their guitar tech tragically passed away suddenly so they pulled out. The only way we got up front and against the catwalk was because our crazy early 20 something asses were there something like 3 hours early!! Lol
Yep...all these years never noticed but that's me at 8:53-54...I have known Shannon for a number of years (since the Candlebox auditions when he absolutely SMOKED me on drums lol!!)...such good times when we were all connected...
So, we (my wife, me, and my sister) just got tickets to see em at the Doctor Phillips Center in Orlando in March…an “intimate evening” they’re calling it, in an assigned seating upper scale venue. A far cry from the old moshing/pyro days, but it’s gonna still kickass!!
Me as a musician, personally don't like it when people have their cellphones out at concerts through the whole show... I mean it's cool to get some photos or videos but a whole show? Come on! To be honest I think mosh pits have declined over the years because there's too many people busy on their phones. I mean there are still mosh pits but man the good ol' days there was a shit ton of mosh pits happening all over the venue
