GODZILLA MINUS ONE Made Me Cry! - First Time Watching - Godzilla Minus One Reaction!

One of the boats had a crane, the other boat had to go under that crane to prevent the cable from tangling. "I want Noriko to be okay." Oh dear.. uh, yes, no and maybe? He's still alive but seriously f'd up. The neck stuff are G-cells, they are helping her regenerate. Yeah, unless you are completely heartless, this movie will at least make you mist up.

Check the news after the Ginza incident. The reporter said to stay out of Ginza because the radiated flesh of Godzilla (a symbol of nuke and radioactive mutation) was scattered around the district. Long-time fans think that it is possible to interpret that Noriko died in Ginza, but was brought back to life by contacting Godzilla's flesh. In some other Japanese Godzilla movies, it's called G-cell. Personally, I think it's best to leave it as a mystery.

Noriko got a piece of Godzilla's flesh which allowed her to regenerate and survive his atomic breath, she'd be dead otherwise. That's what is hinted at by showing the black marks on her neck.

HOLY CRAP, do I believe the Oscar hype!!!! Minus One was beautifully done. Shikishima struggling to deal with survivor's guilt & PTSD suddenly being thrust back into a war against the very creature that put him in that spot to begin with was s hell of a fight. All while struggling to accept the family dynamic with Noriko and Akiko? Amazing. *SIDE NOTES:* I wasn't expecting Noriko to have survived getting caught in that shockwave from the Atomic Breath, but those Godzilla cells literally saved her neck. The title "Minus One" aludes to the bombings of Hiroshima & Nagasaki setting everything at 0, but Godzilla's arrival sent it down below 0 to -1.

I'm pretty sure it was the head that had been blown off was no longer with the rest of his body that had the energy of his heat ray break it apart to the point that it would not regenerating but the top of the head that had been blasted off wasn't connected to that and eventually more of a master molecule style regeneration the top of the head where his brain would have been undoubtedly was that Master.. that part's my own theory I don't know if it's accurate but it sounds appropriate

I watched it on its first main day in theaters I watched it three times and then a fourth in black and white I have absolutely loved this movie if you can't guess but I've also been a Godzilla fan since the mid-70s when I first discovered him I've also watched it now over 40 times on Netflix I can't wait to own my own copy of this one

Noriko definitely have Godzilla blood in her and that's how she restored herself from the atomic blast.

The pieces that ripped off him were because of the shock wave and the angle any pieces that ripped off of him would have been in a similar place to wear Noriko was. One piece of his skin is all it would have taken to possibly add the Godzilla cells into her the director confirmed that she was infected with Godzilla cells

You are now combining different Godzillas I am pretty sure based on the time frame that they showed us within the movie The bikini atol was our normal operation crossroads which happened in our real world and Godzilla had happened to have gotten caught in it that was not a directed attack against him... We only hear about the attacks of the creature after that affect happened.. in the case of this it was dumb luck that he happened to have been in those Waters when the test happened... It doesn't make it any easier than other Godzillas have also used that test in their descriptions specifically in the monarch series

About Bakini Atoll.. It's so wild that noone remembers Godzilla's origin story. It's been shown a half dozen times... even in the awful '98 American version. 😂

I would like you to know that we both said Godzilla was “dummy thicc” at the same time 😂 The way ever person/reaction I’ve seen cares so much for Noriko is so touching. I never would have expected this level of emotion from a Godzilla film.
