I'd give them a 5 star review but their non glare coating has to be the worst in the industry. The coating wears off looking like scratches within weeks. I only clean my glasses with the provided cloth and water when needed. Unless they improve the coating, I would order them without the coating.
I had ordered some from them in 2017 and were very happy - I just recently ordered some for my grandson and am very disappointed by the fact that not only do they now take 2 weeks to make, even though I ordered priority shipping it will now be an additional 10 to 12 days to receive them because they are made in tailand or pakistan. Their website clearly says over and over that their company is in California but when I questioned their company, they told me that under FAQ it clearly says that they are made in either Pakistan or Thailand. It is listed on the 17th question down. If you do order (and my first order was excellent quality) just make sure you don't need them for quite a while. It will bea month before you see them.
Agree. Also, with my last order, I paid for "priority shipping" and my wife forgot to on her order on the same day. Hers got here three days BEFORE mine did. So don't pay extra for priority.
They also have an option of rush hour but it has a limited amount of frames to choose from good option if you want one urgently. Rush hours ones are made in USA so they come really quickly like in 4-5 buisness days
Always wondered why they cost so much a plastic frame and some glass :-) so expensive you hold back from the next purchase, yet at goggles4u prices you just order them and get on with life!! convert
Before Zenni, Goggles4U, GlassesUSA, and similar online glasses outlets, only the rich could afford multiple pairs of prescription glasses! All of my current pairs glasses collectively would have cost upwards of $1000 if I had got them from a Luxotica owned store like LensCrafters, and that would have been only for the frames and the most basic lenses available! Adding tints antireflective coatings, etc would have been a minimum of $200 more for all my pairs of glasses! The last pair of glasses I got from a Luxotica owned shop was a pair of Oakley Mufflers and they were a staggering $189 for the frames and $120ish for the lenses, those glasses left kilotons to be desired, the fit was terrible ( they were a bit too loose on me ), even after adjustment! Now I wear Zenni glasses and they're far less expensive and leave very little, if anything, to be desired!
Not to mention, the most expensive pair of Zenni glasses I've got cost about $27, including prescription lenses, antireflective coating, tinted lenses, and shipping
Thanks for the advert, but here's a key question. Is the prescription right on the G4U glasses? Have you checked if the lenses are exactly as stated on the prescription?
@@ChuckFresh 👍 I also checked my G4U pairs in the meantime using the Glasses USA Android app and they all check out exactly to my prescription. G4U are great value and their customer service is pretty spot on.
Danger!! Danger!! Please do not spend you money on these glasses. Nothing but bad news. My broken many times. Takes 6 weeks for parts and they are not cheap. Go elsewhere..please take my word for it.. Silhouette are not to buy
