there was one time where i was going to use the sit-up bench. this one dude told me and my dad “sorry bud, we’re using this” so we went to go do something else close to it. this dude.. he literally did one sit-up then got off. it was definitely some new years resolution guy.
I was on my school’s wrestling team. I won some, I lost some. Point being is that it really benefited me for my physical and mental health. I could see the differences from the end of august to the end of wrestling season in March. I looked so much leaner and it made me feel good. Thanks for the awesome videos!
As someone who uses my school’s gym 3 times a week, I can confirm this is so accurate, except the guys actually manage to pull girls 😭 Edit: Wow 109 likes I guess people can relate. Also its a high school gym open 3 days a week after school
That’s just cause college girls are easy bruh. Especially the ones that show up in a bra and shorts getting swallowed by her ass cheeks. Rule of thumb, the more her ass cheeks swallow her shorts the more likely she is to swallow you too
I take swim at my school, and when we finish practice, we go to the locker rooms. But at the same time, its a public pool so a bunch of old grandpas finish their practice at the same time, meaning we share the locker room together every day. Every day they sling around their 3 millimeters and pretend like they arent surrounded by a bunch of 16 year olds. At this point im kind of used to seeing the battalion of the naked grandpas 🤣
Although I can’t relate to this at gyms, sometimes it can be annoying when countering these issues. I workout at home (I have a treadmill, stationary bike, and some dumbbells) and my main focus is trying to be health, getting some muscles I would consider as a extra point.
If you go to a private gym or a military gym you don’t see most of this. Really the worst I’ve seen since switching over to military gyms is two old dudes having a loud conversation like once.
I always work out at home, because i feel sorry for the men who are called creeps. I would never falsely accuse them of being a creep. I think of others before myself. I hope all you boys will be able find a way to work out without being called creeps.

With my social anxiety I'm happy to work out at home, I gotta get back to it honestly I lasted a good 3 weeks at the beginning but then life hit me with a train 💀 but damn people are just weird. Plus with creepy dudes harassing girls, as a girl myself I'm happy to just be home in my space. But it's sad that a thought being on my mind is a creepy man staring at me if I ever went to a public gym.
Tbh i just think almost every girl who are afraid of being Harrased Has the same thought. Im a male myself and i see alot of woman saying the same thing as you, and tbh i wish my some males Have a brain. Have a great day tho.
I usually use my home gym, but when I’m at college I need to use the school’s gym. Luckily most of the people there are chill and I haven’t bumped into any influencers or girls falsely accusing me for a creep. However, there was one incident today where I was waiting for a girl to be done with her sets so I could use the bench she was using, and when I glanced, she saw that I was glancing at her. At that point, I went to another room in the gym where thankfully they had open benches. I miss my home gym.
As long as women don’t dress like they’re at a damn strip club, they’ll be fine. Not saying it’s justified for dudes to stare or act like creeps, but things such as sweatpants/shorts and t-shirts exist. There are many girls in the gym, and I’m sure the ones that get approached/stared at the most are the ones that pick the tightest, exposing clothing. Again, not justifying dudes that approach them, but it’s less likely to happen and I could only assume they’re less likely to feel uncomfortable when someone looks at them when they don’t have their entire a** (censored due to YT deleting comments) sticking out of their clothes.
To be honest, I have never went to the gym because I am scared of interacting with people or meeting them in any way. Thank you for explaining it anyway.
Birdy is speaking the truth I don’t like lifting ,all I do is hitting the punching bag and I do it on the timer too I try and hit it a bunch of time too and b4 I start boxing I make sure to do a 2-3 mile run and after that I feel really good
The people that talk for 30 minutes, those are the guys that are always in shape. ... They are the people that go to the gym to work out AND socialise. Instead of going out for a beer with alcoholic friends, these people go out to the gym and other healthy habits.
If they're getting the work in and not hogging equipment, then I don't see a problem with it. There's no reason gyms can't be "third places" (somewhere you go besides home and work/school to build social/community connections).
Same thing with talking to girls in the gym. People treat it like some kind of taboo, but unless you say something goofy like "nice a$$ shawty" it's alright lol Nowadays, according to you terminally online mfers, you cannot talk to girls in the gym, in swimpools, in supermarket 'cos that's apparently creepy? Screw that man, go outside your comfort zone and don't excuse your insecurities as not trying to come out as a creep
Gym creeps are one of the reasons that when my little sister goes to the gym I will literally insist on going with her and I am a pretty big guy and that kinda scares the gym creeps off from her, and I’m not like a helicopter brother like I ain’t tryna frickin follow her into the girls locker room or s9me bull crap like that,

I can't speak up for everyone, but I recently bought a gym membership. The main reason I did is because I was always into calisthenics, and my friends recently joined that gym too.
I used to workout at home as well, but even though I go to the Planet Fitness now, I haven’t really experienced these problems at my gym. I’ve never heard the lunk alarm go off at all. I now only work out at home if I’m doing something and I don’t have time to go to the gym.
My entire gym was renovated and every machine was replaced not even 2 months ago. 4 machines are already broken again. And these arent like cheap off brand ones, they're the newest technogym & hammer strength ones. Idk how people break them
I have a small local gym and yeah there isn’t a lot of equipment but it’s enough. The best part is half the time nobody is there so me and my brother can mess around. There is usually people on the treadmills but they always have headphones on so it’s basically empty.
A small part of the reason why I go to the gym is for some socialization. But mostly, I just do what I need to do, and then leave. But it's always nice to see people from my school there.
This is so true. Honestly, if you have a space for it I recommend getting a home gym. Just get a nice power rack and cable machine and your set. It will be expensive up front, my gym cost me 10g but it's worth.
I’ve never been to a gym before but One if my classes is bodybuilding where there’s a roof full of weights, pull up bars, and bench presses and I’m a noob no experience guy but even tho I’m weak I will keep trying even if I won’t see progress right away
For the shower thing, I had to take showers at the gym because I would go before school (my only free time), and I wouldn’t have time to get to school if I went back home to shower
Almost two months ago, some old guy decided to take a dump on the locker bench, directly in front of MY locker. The worst part was that my locker was the only one with a lock on it.

Burdie I’m guilty for talking to people at the gym for 30 mins. But I won’t cap it gets annoying after the 3rd day and you have dudes standing over you while you bench press. I’m also guilty for making a loud grunt doing PR😂😂😂😂😂😂
