BadIdeas101 yes i do... and I do have a red one with a red motor on it that I'll be putting for sale :) I already put over 10 of them together and now I finally found an XL Frame that I am currently working on.
My man you full revved the shit out of the motor at one point of the video They Say Never full rev those type of motors but I suppose you went past break-in. And that thing is a boss
what kind of breaks did you end up using? I'm just about done with my stingray chopper build but I need either disc or drum breaks to be street legal in my state .
Brian Kelly Still using original breaks... and you don't have to make it street legal if you're not writing on the actual road since it's a pedal assist motorized bicycle And most of the time I still use my motor and my brakes at the same timeto to slow down, it works very well
No registration or insurance needed when you have a bicycle 🚲 equipped with a small 49cc motor because it's still considered a bicycle. anything that is pedal assist does not require registration or a license.
Here in the philippines it is now number 1 transportation the bicycle specially this covid-19 pandemic, why dont we put bussiness a motorized bike in our country.
Two-stroke is something that I prefer because it is a smaller engine and you can go faster. The only downside to that is that it can produce a lot more vibration. Overall, if you get en engine that has been well balanced and ported out you can have a smooth and enjoyable ride, and at the end you get to control the speed😉
Some motors are doing well at the certain RPM but if you get the Chinese motor most of the time you will get lots of vibration because it’s not balanced right, one thing you could do to reduce vibration is by putting smaller sprocket on the back it will help your motor run on lower RPMs but you will have to assist the motor in the beginning by paddling
Angel Villalba actually sorry it was a different bike this one here is just a standard motor I got from eBay for around $90 and in my opinion he can go pretty fast for that much money
Yes it's true it took me a while to find my bikes I would be on offer up or craigslist almost every day and you have to know what it's worth in my case I would not go over $120 for good condition bike
i'm 6'4" (adult) with a 15-yo son who's 6'3" and still growing who fits on a OCC chopper bike (maybe an XL?) that we found abandoned in a park a few years ago. We're thinking of adding a motor maybe as a winter project in the garage and have some fun with it.
Yes it is legal as long as your motor 49cc😉😉 and you don't have to have any kind of plates, as long as the bike is pedal assist, so don't take your pedals off.
What kind of carb on that bike? cause I see you pumping something at the start...just hoping it's not the "tickler" button on the NT carb cause all that does is push the float down and pumping it accomplishes nothing.
Danny A I don't know if it's limited edition it's got the green color. With silver fenders and black handlebars but it's bigger than the other version so hopefully it's a special edition.
Gregory Grand You have XL addition... It took me 3 years to find one like that got it for $200 and it needs some work done so i stripped the whole bike and doing major work on it do my own paint. Those bikes are even hard to find then limited edition!
Danny A cool thanks for the info my buddy also told me he owns a couple and mine has a front brake and all his only have a back brake so I don't know if that means anything it has the black rims too thanks again for the info my friend. It's All stock and rides nice it has a stingray logo the Schwinn logo and the OCC logo pretty much mint condition besides the Chrome fenders have little rusted from being indoors somehow. I hope your build comes out the way you want it thanks again
Gregory Grand Yes front brakes and black rims is a big giveaway that it's a limited edition! I will probably make a video how else you can tell the difference in how the frame is welded together...
I knew that police officer was going to turn around and stop you. He is right though in that you should at the very least have on a motorcycle helmet for safety,
