Seaweed, including Irish moss specifically, is one of the best plant sources of omega-3 fatty acids. These fats are critical for a healthy heart. In fact, getting enough omega-3 fatty acids is connected to a lower risk of heart disease, blood clots, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Eating seaweed and Irish moss can help you improve your heart health even if you’re not a fan of fish. well done chef another lovely video

Hello I take Sea moss everyday and I have a RU-vid channel as well but I am looking too started ordering it from the Islands it's it a different between it because it's comes from the Islands I know how too make it but I won't too make it for others as well other than my family ☺️☺️
Hi! I recently bought gold sea moss and I can't find any recipes how to make it eatable. Because it's very dry, salty and hard to chew. Now I found your video. Thanks! But I have a question... why do you wash it? All the good stuff is in there, or I am wrong?
Wash because it's really salty plus sand & other things from the ocean will be on the unwashed sea moss... The nutrients won't be washed away because it's within the sea moss plant...
Lisa Be, Did you know that Common dandelion that grows all over the place in the Grass, is very healthy more than lettuce, but I wouldn't pick one from the ground and just eat it WITHOUT washing it FIRST, even a apple straight off the tree.🧐🙌🏽❤️😇
@@kojodada1628 Yeah, but they don't want us to utilize it FREE, plus it will keep us healthy, the next thing you will see is them destroying all of it somehow.🙄🙌🏽❤️😇
