Any of 5 players on Vegas could’ve won it and it would’ve been deserved . Eichel , Marchy, Stone, Karlsson, or Hill. All 5 of them had INSANE playoff performances . Definitely Eichel Marchy or Stone could’ve won it (Obviously Marchy did win it)

This whole sequence doesn’t start if it wasn’t for my pick for worst call of the playoffs so far. The centre ice ref calls a holding penalty on a Broberg who was BEING HELD AND ONLY HOLDING HIS OWN STICK. Atrocious call that directly influenced this game, the entire sequence would have been unable to even start if the correct call was made there. If this call costs the Oilers the game (and potentially series) I’m putting it in the conversation for worst call of all time.

Exactly.....that said Oilers had a 5 minute and only got one. The double minor Foegelle took didn't help....Campbell should get the next start. Skinner is starting to look tired and Campbell is fresh.

Even the commentators said the ref saw it and "it looked like" it was holding. Horrible call that cost Oilers the game. VGK can't say they won this game fair and square. They had help.

@@muCephei_ How did it cost them the game? The power play goals only put them down by 1 with 25 minutes still left to play. It's not like the call happened in OT, they still had plenty of time for this supposedly high powered offense to come back but the Oilers main problem is they can't consistently score 5 on 5.

The first penalty of the 5on3 was legitimate, but you have to wonder why the ref 50 ft away calle ot and not the guy who was 10 feet away. And way to head hunt Vegas Golden Knobs

If edm is the better team then why do they rely on the pp? Remove the ppg from both teams and edm would be out of the series. In regards to eichel punching, a) undisciplined for his retaliation and deserving of the call because b) edm was holding all the way into the ref, so to all that say ref handed us the game, check the calls again.

Oilers fans are the softest fans in the league. Other than Buffalo of course. But Buffalo only has like 8,000 fans. The crying about refs so absurdly soft. Give it up…. Refs have been awful for everyone this year. Cry more.
