My Ah-ma (grandmother in Chinese) is Bisaya. She shared to my Ah-ku and Diko some infos about how to handle sili labuyo. She said in Bisaya na, “para mohawa ang kahalang sa lips and tongue, rub some leaves of sili on your palm hantod mogawas ang iyang duga and wipe on to your lips and tongue”. Happy Sunday!
kalami! goma has a very practical way of cooking - no measurements, rustic way of processing the ingredients (crushing garlic with bare hands - although not in this menu), no need for strainer in squeezing the lemon juice. no pretensions! enjoyable to watch!

Mayor looks so yummy, here in Zbga City we marinate first the fish with plain vinegar then squeeze it to be sure na naluto na sa suka un fish ska naalis lansa then saka lagyan uli lagyan ng suka& lagyan ng mga sahog u all used, Also ,can i suggest Mayor better use diff chopping board in lets say fish , chicken , pork & veggies . parang sau one big beautiful chopping board although i am sure u wash it first knowing u bit still u need to show it sa audience mo.
