Conker's Bad Fur day is a famous one for that. Lesser known example is Rayman which I never see people mentioning despite the fact that if you punch the rats under the stairs in various areas they shout about being a bad boy and needing punished more with glee. Or Murphy in the tutorial talking about he wants an assistant with big tits (I think he gets cut off or uses an innuendo, and doesn't outright say tits). I never understood any of it at the time though. It's only on revisiting the game as an adult that I've realized all of this.
