Jimmy Diresta, Andrew Alexander (BlackSmith Tools) and Eric (Hand Tool Rescue) hung out at this years Good of the Land Fest in Temple Texas Oct. 25th 2019. Evapo-rust sponsored the show and I got to meet David, the owner. He is an extremely nice guy that is a chemist from Springdale Ark. that started the company. Extreme sand box allowed people the chance to run an excavator. You might recall them from Vat19's video where they squished the worlds largest gummy bear. They have 2 locations. Once in Dallas and one in Minnesota that you can go and literally play on an excavator for fun. Black smiths made knives, and even a forge was poured that was later raffled off. 42 Fab helped people learn how to weld and even some vintage tractors putted around the fair grounds. The huge engines were used to produce electricity for homes in the early 1900's but were later phased out. If your on the fence in 2020, thinking about going... I highly encourage the drive down. The roads are excellent and the Texas Buc-ee's Gas station in Temple Texas is (others) is something worth stopping to see. 100 Gas pumps, Fresh Barbecue, Cheap drinks and Gas... Did I mention all the Buc-ee the Beaver merch? This is place is the size of a Grocery store... Famous for its enormously clean bathrooms...
I highly suggest the trip if your on the fence in the years to come and you will for sure make some new friends.
