Take that section of railing off ….4- 2x12’s 16’s… screwed together fora ramp covered with moving blankets …. have 3 feet sticking up onto the porch with the other end down onto your truck possibly…. Pull it up with a rope two or three guys …&when it gets up to the top tip it off the end of the planks. stand it up on its long side…. in the house you go. Cover floors with 1/4” Masonite. and you could possibly roll it on 1 inch hardwood dowels on edge while the guys steady it.
