If you read the terms of AirCover the first section says "AirCover is Not an insurance policy". So basically it is a marketing tool for Airbnb to make hosts feel comfortable hosting guests. Since it's not a real insurance policy the state division of insurance that you live in cannot assist with claims problems. And Airbnb can change the terms at any time or eliminate the program all together without notifying the hosts since it's not a binded insurance policy issued to the host by a licensed insurance agent in the state you are located in.

And I would like your suggestion qbout my situation where the guest stole some goods and I immediatly raised a claim , which airbnb support is involved in , and it's been more then 2 weeks without them comming back to me . May tell how long does this process usually takes. Thank you in advance
