Goodmans Full HD Action Camera Unboxing and Review 

Have mine mounted to my motorbike top box using the supplied adhesive pads, very stable. Rode from Nottingham to Barnstaple and it stayed put, it's been there for 3 years now. It's a cheap camera so wasn't expecting top quality. Video is reasonable, no different to my old dash cam, sound quality not great but it is being buffeted at 70mph but picture is stable and you can make registration plates. Overall not bad for the price. No issues with it turning off and on.

Wish I saw this before I bought mine. The handlebar mount was a little confusing at first but there is an attachment that rotates the camera 90 degrees so it faces forward, must've been missing from your box. Pretty sure the footage isn't 1080, rather a much lower resolution but resized, especially with how grainy it is. But for 20 quid, can't expect miracles. Connected it to my pc for use as a webcam and it only shows as 0.7mp which confirms my suspicion of resized footage. I'll be taking mine back later this week

Great vid, but you left one of the mounting brackets on the card board box lid, you remove it by squeezing the retraining clips in and sliding it of the piece of plastic thats stuck on the box, it makes using the helmet strap and fixed mount quick and simple to use.

great review, i was going to buy one today in B&M but thought i would come home and look around the internet to check it out, i am glad i found this and will not get one now.... can i ask, have you found another one at a reasonable price. i want one to record my 5 mile walks around where i live, like a video diary... i want hd image and one that has a harness for body

I got mine from B^M stores but will be returning tomorrow and if I get another faulty camera then I will do a review for Goodmans!

me too Chris, ive plugged it in and got a red warning light on it. It should be a blue charging light. And same as you I only get 2 charging bars.

I got one was pleased with it right untill I tried to pull footage from the SD card. It doesn't save video correctly and mic only picks up feed back from it's self.

Well I'm sorry that I pointed it out for how bad the cam is.

I have seen another one on the RU-vid older gentleman he had problems with his 1 the battery is not the right power plant for it and as well where you got the button just switch it on to go to go down and up is broken but overall I think you don't have fantastic job what you did for the review

Hi. On top of the box you left part of the mount which you us for helmet mount.

oh dear just bought one wish i had seen your video first will try it out when the new ssd card arrives tomorrow ,if its still a crap video it will be going back later in the week my old GoPro is 100 times better

I was going to buy one to record my airsoft game play but looking at the video quality and audio im gonna give that a hard pass

wow 3 mins in and in amazed that you used a screw driver. you simply press the plastic together and slide out lol

Glad I found this entertaining review. Definitely won't be buying it. Been looking at Surfola SF530 Action Camera on Amazon which looks pretty good but bit pricier but probably best to spend that extra bit of money for the quality.

i have a goodmans full hd action camera when i record something it stops after 5 minutes then starts again how do i set it to record for an hour before stopping
