Question I schedule 20 different subcontractors and am wondering if I can share the calendar what they have going without them seeing what the other 19 have on. Do I create a separate calendar for each contractor?i would like to share the calendar instead of individual events because the jobs are always changing

Thanks for your great video! So easy to follow and listen to! I just created a calendar but can't see how to make it public. If I create a NEW calendar, then I see how to do it, but in my existing calendar that I just created while watching your video, I can't see it. Please advise.

When I designate the Calendar event - it does not work. All the events stay in place? They do not move to the correct calendar?

When you invite someone to a meeting does it automatically add the event to their calendar? And can that person print a list of meetings they were invited to?

I would like my monthly view color coded - work, events, etc... i add a calendar entry with a color specified, but when viewing in monthly mode, it only sometimes color bars the entry and sometimes it only color "boxes" the entry, how do i get it to color bar the entire calendar so i can quickly glance and see what is what....? thank you in advance

I can't change the event notification default time from 15 minutes - I've been trying for years, I have to go into every event and set a new time. I followed online instructions to set it in my calendar settings both on my phone app and on my computer.
