Hi Luke, I have set up my own GMB linked to my e-commerce store. I only became aware of GMB following your channel. Within 2 weeks, my GMB is now verified, but the priority for 2020 must be consistent in creating posts. Thank you for your channel, it is invaluable. 🎓 🎓 🎓 🎓

When speaking of impressions....if our website results are only visible on say page two and the user does not click to page 2, will that count as an impression as well? Thanx for all of your help! :)

This is exactly what I needed! Didn’t understand the difference between direct and branded. Quick question- with direct you said impressions only count if the business is shown in the box that shows three results? Is that correct? Or does an impression include the rest of the search results on the page?

Direct impressions are when your listing is being displayed which happens mostly when searchers search for your brand and is likely to display a listing on the right hand side

Hi Luc, I have a business in two different countries (the same business). Can I have a GMB page in the UK and another page in the other country? they speak another language. So having another page will be convenient, but to run two GMBs will be a bit complicated. Any suggestions?

Does your business abroad have a specific address, phone number etc?? If yes then you’ll need to create a gmb listing for it

Can I use images like: We have special offer now, with text and stock photos. if a business is an electrician, he cannot post 500 photo from the same team or office, you know what I mean, so can we design images with stock images and with meaning full text, or should we avoid that

Avoid it. Stock photos don't look genuine. If you can do it anyone can. Display your uniquness

Problem is they let other businesses hijack your business profile and it's impossible to get them off. For instance postmates and doordash to name a few
