Lazy lawyers working these settlements must be proud. Easy money at someone else’s expense. They get the biggest piece of the pie. File your own lawsuit. Don’t go through an attorney. Visit your city’s courthouse. Draft your own complaint siting user agreement infringement. You never agreed to any of their privacy sharing practices. Ask for the moon! File it with your local court (As long as you are a United States Citizen). List how you accessed their app, dates and any proof like backups to your cell phone or apple products, for proof. This way if you were called to court, you have proof of use. If your local police department can take your phone and access all of your information, so can you. This might not guarantee you money, but it sure as hell beats paying an attorney to do it. Good luck.
