One key thing that should be explained is if there is a way to be able to see when a call that is coming in is someone who dialed your actual phone number or if it’s a business call coming in through the app.

Great video thanks. If you have an old landline number that you wish to use with GV how would one do this, and would your old number then belong to GV (where you could no longer use) should you stop using GV.

Does google voice have a text autoresponder? If some text you and it respond with your text?

Hi a few questions for you: Does it matter if I set up google voice on my phone or laptop? I will mainly be using it to answer calls on my android phone (would have to set up on both devices separately). I want to use my google voice number as the main number listed on my website does it matter if I get personal or business? I will be linking two numbers-my partners and my number so if someone calls on the GV# whose phone will ring first, and can the call be transferred so the other person can answer instead? On our phones will the screen show it is a GV call and not a regular call coming in- how will we know he difference- can set up a different ring tone if necessary? I also want to confirm the GV caller can leave a voice message and text? If the call doesn't get to my partner in time, will it forward to me? What greeting does the customer hear when they call? I'm worried it'll say "forwarding you to the google subscriber" etc...rather than sounding professional with our recorded business greeting. Thankyou for your time! Much appreciated

I'm having an issue where my co-worker is trying to set up WhatsApp business in her cellphone, so it sends a verificaton code to the linked number which is our Boss' (he's in the US and we are in Latam), but the code never arrives. Other apps like Telegram and calling work, the sms and calls arrive. WhatsApp nor Google have been very helpful about it. It is supposed to work, would you be able to tell me what should i look for?
