Thomas P As a waitress: many people will go to the moon and back to avoid tipping; and even when they do I can barely pay the water, electricity and wifi bills, needed for studying for med school. Not only that, but I practically starve myself every month despite budgeting. Trust me, it's really a small amount.

Good restaurants only have a small simple menu because you can ensure everything is fresh, since you are not buying so many ingredients. The menu is so huge that some things don’t get ordered and you end up having to freeze the ingredients or they go bad or get forgotten to buy fresh of.That’s the point he was making and he’s right.

You literally rinse it off and then put it on a rack and send it through the automatic dishwasher machine and it does it for you. You then just have to put it away. It's not that hard
