Out of most owners in these restaurants Gordon visited, Michael changed his ways pretty quick and did well and wasnt too arrogant or in denial. Atleast he changed for the best is what im Saying.

Rose was joking around. What she really wanted was a son like Gordon. Smart, full of energy, the one that will carry on with her legacy and make her business flourish. But all she got was a pair of useless [swear word of choice], one is a work shy, lazy ass, and another one is a freak. The restaurant is still open apparently, but that's not thanks to Michael, who still sits on his ass watching football, it's thanks to the people who work for him. Trudy is awesome, she just always tells it as it is and works hard, also very good hearted.

Well that was news to me but I'm Jewish so I've literally never even seen a clam cooking. Still, that would be brainless cause I know how to hunt clams and they willingly spit out sand and grit anytime they're in free water

That was the first thing i remember being told by my father when I first found a clam on a beach as a kid. Never forgot it since even though I've never eaten or prepared them.

As an Italian, I wouldn't say "I knew" that the first time I cooked clams. It just seemed like common fucking sense to run it under water.
