It’s official, Gordons “just a tablespoon” ranges anywhere from a pinch to a cup.

For once I think he mentioned "cook with your eyes." Sooo often I terribly estimate measurements because I rely on just the amount it feels and looks like. I'd honestly expect better from Gordon if its meant to be educational so people might need it, but after years cooking in a deli I don't measure anything really unless it's my first time or one my first.

Love seeing the locality represented in the dish. This in itself could be a touring show I'd be down to watch. Creating dishes based on these local and fresh ingredients while being on site.

That's one reason I like watching some bike tour videos, sometimes they'll bring cooking supplies like a portable stove and healthy food with them and cook it out in the middle of nowhere.

Gordon is so talented. He could turn a rotten fish into a gourmet delight.

LMAO! Yes, he could. That's why he's arguably the greatest chef in the world today.

@@randyragsdale23no one can turn a rotten fish into a gourmet delight. the end result will only be as good as the ingredient imo.

If Mary Poppins used a "Gordon tablespoon" of sugar, those kids would be diabetic.

Me, listening to Gordon Ramsey explain the specific way to put the bread in the pan and slowly making the connection between the reason I can’t cook and the reason I can’t find it in me to care.

Gordon's food is so good. Because he's not shy with Sugar, Butter or Oil. As for French toast, Wonder bread with some Mrs Butterworth syrup is just as good.

I love how there's just 2 people in the background walking by, if that was me I would be watching Gordon make that and as soon as he's done I'd yell OH MY GOD IT'S GORDON RAMSAY.

I live in the UP and love the majesty of Lake Superior. At first I thought you were at my favorite spot there but when the camera panned out, I saw you weren’t. Still made me happy. I’m going to have to try this recipe soon!
