Thanks Dr Jo! I had a splitting headache today and pain relief didn't help much. In desperation at 11.30 pm I searched online for some stretches . The towel stretch is fantastic. It worked instantly and I felt my neck spasm release. I think I can finally sleep now. You're a lifesaver! ❤❤

I am currently in a cycle of repeated “neck stingers” which occur on the left rear skull when turning my head to the right. They hit fast and leave me in stifling pain for 30 seconds or more. Will these stretches help, hurt or likely have no impact on those stingers? Thoughts?

If I tap the top of my shoulder I can move my head from side to side without any pain. I don't understand this but I can't tap very long because of painful hands.
