I think it speaks to just how well written and directed this particular scene is that it works so well with both Danny Elfman’s and Hans Zimner’s scores. The top-tier music elevates a good scene, making it a great scene.

Originally, Gotham was supposed to be connected to the Dark Knight trilogy. So I can imagine that every time an episode ends, they would have 2:57 happen right when the credits start. And of course, they would certainly use this same score for the ending of this episode. However, things would have to be different in order to fit in with how Nolan's films went.

I loved the lat scene, when the camera moved first to the building with the statue of the archangel Michael and his sword then moving on to batman drawing a direct cohesion. Brilliant.

This was amazing. If the series actually ended with this music, I might have been able to forgive them for how rushed and sloppy it was.

This is actually so amazing what the fuck!! You can really feel Gotham and the atmosphere and story of Batman making it a lot sad that Gotham has ended that nostalgia of the soundtrack and Gotham together makes it such an Amazing way of Gotham and Batman soundtracks making you really feel the atmosphere of the DC Batman universe I’ve been trying to edit videos like this for time linking Gotham and the dark knight soundtrack together making me feel the atmosphere of Gotham and the story of Batman and the Gotham characters/ Batman mythos

Every person in this comment section doesnt know how things work. They could NOT have used this music because this is Fox making the show, Warner Bros owns everything from the Dark Knight Trilogy. Same goes for the Dark Knight Suit. If you are confused, Fox owns Batman TV rights. Warner Bros owns Batman Movie rights.

Wow, well matched! Great video edit man! congrat! Nolan Triology were the best movies in my opinion. Cristian Bale was a Great Batman! but after him... just this David Mazouz could be aceptable for me. The looks, the act, the devolpment. The KID did a great job! Hope he can countinue the serie, or a new as the BATMAN, he deserve, ans so do we....

I found this to be good music for when batman looks over Gotham rather than fighting but with the 89 score it can image both
