The US government is 53x worse for US citizens than here in Oz. The key to success is to restrict social contact hard and early. Oz and NZ did (and the US did not) and that is why we will be easing restrictions soon, safely, but the USA cannot.

RU-vid is replete with exercise videos - walk videos, stretch videos, low impact videos, 2 mile videos, etc, etc, etc. That you can do all at home! I Zoom with friends and we exercise together. People set up times on Zoom and "Join a meeting" and exercise and cook, and have tea, share recipes etc, etc, etc. Our site is flooded with LIFE!
