Would prefer option one which Gov. Abbott said’ why shall we pay rent to our government when we own are property. So America and Texas not a free country nor a free state when we can’t freely own our own property. Zero tax for homeowners and lower taxes to small businesses and gig business keep paying the same. Now if landlords are greedy increases rent every year, they should be paying Uncle Sam taxes as well since they screw the poor tenants as much they can for so called property taxes increases. Heck with exemption cuts, no property taxes at all for homeowners.

Yet we can’t seem to build highways without tolls.

Waiting for the other shoe to fall. So how ARE these funds going to be replaced in the budget? This budget surplus is temporary at best, when its gone, what then? And how did we get a THIRTY THREE BILLION SURPLUS in the first place?

Because I rent my house. I can’t claim the tax refund s. As a senior I can’t claim the reduction. These guys sounds like canaval barker s. Need prop 13 from California.

Now let's eliminate the Ag Exemption so lazy rural people are actually forced to pay their fair share for once.
