Graceland questions authenticity of Elvis Presley items being auctioned 

It's just a legal tactics. Kruse sued Priscilla for breach of contract…and now she's trying to avoid that by accusing Kruse of "elder abuse"...pathetic. A way to collect more money and pass always as a victim. I hope some light is shed on the matter. It's really shameful how everyone still exploits Elvis for money. Partners worthy of each other!!!

People were taking advantage of Elvis when he was alive and they are still taking advantage of him after his death. Makes me question how forthright Priscilla was managing Graceland. I know she saved Graceland, but Ok, I read Priscilla originally put the Colonel in charge of the Elvis Presley Trust. Since Lisa was a minor, the state of Tennessee had to assign a judge and attorney to look out for Lisa's interest. The attorney investigated how Colonel was managing the trust and discovered mismanagement. The attorney used his findings to investigate the Colonel's business practices going back to the day he signed the contract to exclusively handle Elvis. The investigation influenced the judge to determine that Colonel could no longer manage the trust and the state discovered 3 things. 1) The Colonel was an illegal alien. 2) the 50/50 split was illegal, and 3) the deal the Colonel made to sell Elvis' catalog to RCA in 1973 cheated Elvis out of millions of dollars. The judge ruled that for the Colonel to keep from being deported he had to sever ALL ties with Elvis and his family AND turn over to Elvis' estate anything and everything on the subject of Elvis Arron Presley. The judge ordered the Estate of Elvis Presley to sue the Colonel to ensure the Colonel would turn over these items and sever ties with the Colonel. The Colonel countered sued and lost. This information came from a book published years ago and edited for an article in Wikipedia. Priscilla was forced to manage the Elvis Presley Trust. My impression from reading the article was Priscilla didn't want to take the time to find a replacement for Colonel. It was an epiphany the day Priscilla realized she could turn Graceland into a museum. It was a gamble. But it was Elvis' character that made the gamble pay off. It was great for the fans. But from my observation, she has abused her position for decades when it comes to honesty in her and Elvis' relationship. God, what Lisa had to deal with to protect her father. I do find Priscilla's countersuit of "Elder Abuse" interesting. I have seen some recent appearances she made at various fan fests. I think she might be in the early onset of dementia. 2 years ago at Elvis week, she remarked about the weather and how Elvis loved the cold. It was the middle of August. That was the last appearance she made. Lisa appeared for the next birthday and passed 4 days later.

As an Elvis fan, hearing things like this upset me. Money money money, they want to keep his memory alive, but also want to cash in on it. I’ve been to Graceland, I love it, they auction items for charity, that’s awesome, but other people selling what they think are Elvis items, like this GWS lady is sad.

He bought one jacket at a time making two different receipts . But on the other side they have authenticated items for people to sell in there auctions that are not real as well . Some have been pulled before sale but others have been sold .

Looking at Priscilla history of suing to get her way is a long history.. Vernon Presley, Colonial Parker(she took notes from him over the yrs) Lisa Marie to keep control, city of Memphis, grand daughter, city of Memphis again, and im sure a few others Business not part of the Elvis world... I understand she is nice to people in person... But think about it .. why isn't she nice to Elvis who isn't here? Truth or not...
