Looks like there’s 10x the amount of rebar and ladders and rock wall scrambles on your trail versus the one all the other vloggers hike 😂 Seriously, you are doing a great job of filming while hiking, really showing up in these last few videos with all the scrambling. We can *feel* the hike.

Loved the view from table rock. And Baldplate mountain was spectacular! It looked like you were walking on the moon up there. And those storm clouds added to the magic. Glad you moved on, though, once you heard the thunder. Cool set up in the shelter. Looks like a cozy place to wait out the storm.

Thank you for being so authentic! I LOVE the 'on the trail' views (though I must admit you make me dizzy with the zooming in sometimes! lol) I appreciate you being 'real' with the struggles of making it up (and down) the terrain- yet not complaining about it! As you have journeyed on I can 'hear' in your voice and demeanor how the trail- and your experiences- have changed you (I think for the better!) You are an inspiration to a LOT of us. Thank you

Love Mainers and your videos have brought many folks enjoyment so it’s nice for you to feel that appreciation back. The red blaze diversion to table rock is an example of the extra effort you put in. Your lucky streak continues with those thunderstorms. Wishing you strength for the final push.

Pretty cool to get that view of the Fire Tower, in the distance, that you were on. Gives you a REAL perspective of the miles you are covering.

You're in your own zone for sure, CJ. Beautiful view from that mountain. And the scenery looks like you're on a different planet. So cool. I'm glad you looked at the weather and realized it was best to find shelter. Just as Im watching this at 2:30 am. here in Wisconsin, I heard a big clap of thunder outside and wasn't aware we were supposed to have storms tonight. I'm not in the mountains, though. Lol, safe in my air-conditioned house. But it's been so hot and humid here that the air con isn't very cool. You're moving right a long and killing it on the trail. Just dont go too fast. We'll miss seeing your videos❤ ✌️🫶

For sure...I know "Jack" and "Bob" endured some cold night's sleeping, beginning in early January...but now Jack is reaping the benefits. Most all places and shelters he's over-nighted at, he's either had the shelter to himself or sharing with minimal others; just as he prefers. Enough interaction with fellow Thru-Hikers to be enjoyable and interesting, but not crowded and offering him the majority of solitude time he prefers. BONUS : Other than having to skip over the Smoky Mountains, due to cold / snowy weather, he's largely had decent weather.

Love really seeing the mountains- you take the time to convey the spirit of each day on the trail. Like your new kicks too, hope they work out for you. Glad you booked off that mountain when the storms were rolling in. All I can think is you are carrying two lightening rods with the poles. Looking forward to the next episode

You never want to be the tallest thing on the top of a mountain or a hill during a storm so I'm glad you took off. That was a steep one!!! I saw more of Baldplate that I've ever seen in all the years I've watched thru hikers. Great job again on the video! A+

It was so good to see your hike up to Table Rock. We contemplated doing that loop last year but I'm so glad we didn't try it. Too hard for us, but so glad to see it being done. We went up the AT north to a place where the rocks went straight up (or so we thought) and as it had been raining and the rocks were slick, we turned around, but we got to see Baldpate with you today after all.
