Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) says that the White House staff - in particular adviser Stephen Miller - is making it "very difficult" for them to make a deal to reopen the government because they are not helping President Trump make a deal.
Stephen Miller may easily be one of the worst people to ever have a position in the White House, which is saying something since there are some other very viable candidates.
