Idk if you still look at these but I have to say it. Thank you for taking your time outta your days to do this. Throughout high school I would struggle so much with the topic of math in general. You have made me discover I love math and I can now understand is the best part. I take my ASVAB today and know that with your help and me studying and gaining the confidence I will be passing today so again thank you sir for all you do and the effort put forward!
personally i would love to thank Grammarhero, i was so black in math. I did my ASVAB and got 75 with GT score of 111 and am heading to MEPS on Monday. there is no way i can close this channel on my youtube without appreciating him. i have recommended most of my friends to pay attention to this channel and subscribe. May God give you all you have ever prayed for
i finally was able to do one problem on my own… its small progress and i failed horribly in math but u make it so easy to learn. im still studying and watching ur videos but im praying when i retake my asvab practice that i will score higher this time 🥺 thank you.
The math is the easy part but breaking down the word problems are a struggle. I never could get it down idk why... Either way thanks for taking the time to make this video for shit for brains such as myself. Much respect.
The more you practice, the better you'll get at these. If I were you, I'd try to take ten or so of these practice tests, and in doing so, you'll improve a lot.
i found this channel after taking my asvab test, I'm heading to meps in 2 weeks i wish i had the opportunity to retest again im certain i could get a much higher score this time around and get a job im more intrested in.
Thanks to your videos, I aced my EST at the recuiters office. My recruiter only gave me a week to study since she thinks i don't need anymore studying but how similar is the est to the actual afqt section on the asvab?
Good luck! If, between now and April, you focus on studying my my shorts videos as well as my math boot camp playlist, you'll be as prepared for the test as you can be!
i need to learn more system.of equations. is there a way you can do a video with strictly system of equations. with distribute equations to figuring out for X and Y
Hey thank you so much for the content I was wondering if you are able to do a segment on word problems using fractions. sometimes I don't know whether to use multiplication or division or addition when solving a fraction problem
Last week, I uploaded a video in which I work on word problems involving fractions: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KItI7kry8Lc.html Here is my other video on fractions: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Rwz3ar6Uko8.html
I can do fractions, DTR, Percentages, System Of Equations for the most part all day but as son as I see volume or anything geometry I gotta pause the video for at least 6 mins
My question is in the first problem about sales tax, you made 10% = .1 in decimal form, but you turned 7% into .07, why did you add the zero with the 7? Why not make it .01?
I’m wondering how you come up with these formulas out of thin air….Especially in question 1? How am I supposed to know that formula from looking at the problem?
Here is my reference sheet with all of the formulas you should consider learning and memorizing for the test: www.asvabapp.com/Reference.pdf You really have to understand these formulas to perform well on the test.
