I'm currently in my second week of training. I'm a newbie and I know I'm the weakest among my teammates. One of my trainers spoke to me about my communication skills, saying that I can't catch up. Another trainer said, "Don't get offended, I wonder how you passed the interview because of your pronunciation, grammar, and lack of word composition skills." I feel so humiliated. I passed because I worked hard and studied interview questions and also watched your videos, Ate Kwestyon. Can you please make a video on how to compose words? Thank you so much! ❤
Don't even pay attention with people like that, when you're not a native it is much more harder and you do already a very big effort to study it and speak. And the only way to improve it and become really fluent is to speak the language as more as possible and the work is perfect for it. Good luck!🤞
Same 😢 Strict din ng SME namin, strict pa sa TL. Haysss napi pressure ako pag nag side barge sila saken, parang diko nagawa ng tama. Pinapa ulit ako, hanggang sa nagalit si CX. Ewan ko kung makakayanan ko 😢😢😢
I experience the same with those grammar trolls colleagues, ma'am how to be capable dealing with different types of matataba utak pinoys at any levels😂 please advise madam.
Thank you for creating videos that will help us to improve our grammar. Your videos on call center interview question and answer helps me alot into passing the initial and final interview.
Thanks a lot, I'm able to approve the Harvest test with a good score but i need to improve my sentence construction. I'm right now starting the training.
I can totally relate to you. I’m not a call center agent but I’m speaking English to my husband and in-laws and sometimes it’s really hard to connect the subject and verb lol. Anyways, thank you for making this video. It’s very helpful ❤
These kinds of videos are useful nonetheless I would like to see a video specifically dedicated to call center vocabulary for instance vocabulary that you consider crucial to keep handy. That it would be quite helpful
Words cannot express how grateful i am to have you as our guidance for this industry. I just passed the online assessment, final interview and validation account. I still can't believe that i did it well even tho im nervous and not so fluent in English but because of your videos I've learned to trust myself. Thank you so much sheina! You deserve all the good things. To all applicants just don't give up to reach your dreams, i know it's not just easy but if you will just practice on improving yourself and consistent on it then everything will follows. 😊
I always watching your videos ate kweyston and I loved it. It helps me a lot to nurture my knowledge and to learn new words from you. I would appreciate it if you continued make more videos about improving English speaking. I think this is what I need because I have been planning for a long time to apply in a call center but don't have a courage to pursue it because of my English Speaking and pronouncation error😔
I WILL EXPRESS MY DEEPEST GRATITUDE FOR SHARING YOUR WISDOMS. FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. THANKYOU SO MUCH. PLEASE KEEP SPREADING YOUR GREATNESS TO PEOPLE THAT NEED YOUR HELP. GODBLESS MORE PEOPLE TO INSPIRE. 2.21.2024
Hi 😊 my English is not good. I have a question about the phrase 10 why do you use 'does' can we say 'she wants to leave'? Thanks a lot for your videos ❤
"She wants to leave" is also correct. You add "does" when you need emphasis. Example: "Everyone's quitting nowadays. It's insane! Well, at least Tabitha is here to stay. That's for sure. She's a good girl, that one." "Uhm, she does want to leave. She just hasn't told you yet." Here, while it's still suitable to say "She wants to leave", adding "does" emphasizes the fact that Tabitha is leaving, which is the intent of the speaker.
What if the subject is first person singular pronoun such as , I . Then again the Verb is plural . Example I eat food .... Hence, you are wrong here . Thanks Don't be a book parasite .
According to basic English rule, pronouns I and You should always be treated as plural even if they refer to only one person. You can find that in any English grammar book btw.
@@Kwestyon again grammar books ... How can you say that's treated plural . Let's give it some sponge . I is singular no matter what books make mention about. Yet, common sense is not very common nowadays . My dear love give it some gap.
