Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is a 2021 compilation of three action-adventure games in the Grand Theft Auto series: Grand Theft Auto III (2001), Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002), and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (2004). It was developed by Grove Street Games[a] and published by Rockstar Games. All three games are remastered, with visual enhancements and gameplay upgrades. The games follow different protagonists and locations within the same continuity: Grand Theft Auto III follows silent protagonist Claude in Liberty City; Vice City, set in 1986, features ex-mobster Tommy Vercetti in the titular Vice City; and San Andreas follows gangster Carl "CJ" Johnson within the fictional state of San Andreas in 1992.
The two-year development was focused on maintaining the look and feeling of the original games; the physics code was copied from the originals, and an artificial intelligence program was used to automatically upscale textures. The development team studied the distinctive qualities of the original games. They added several colouring, weathering, and lighting effects, as well as new assets from Grand Theft Auto V (2013). The team consulted with the original developers at Rockstar North when upgrading the character designs. The Definitive Edition was released on Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on 11 November 2021, and is scheduled for release on Android and iOS devices in the first half of 2022.

I always love watching gameplay from this channel because there's no overreaction, no annoyingly loud commentary, no face cam that covers the screen and is always silent during cutscenes. Feels like playing with an old friend

The first time I had this game, I played for hours in my parents basement. My mom came down because i had been so quiet and all she heard was the gunshots and explosions 😂 she actually rewarded me for being so quiet

No no, just kidding Brad, that reminds me of the good ol' days of me playing Grand Theft Auto Vice City at my uncle's house! He used to have the game.. And one time, I applied the cheat codes into my game session, AND I GOT EVERY FREAKING WEAPON UNLOCKED in THIS GAME!! AND I STARTED SHOOTING EVERYONE DOWN WITH A MACHINE GUN.. AND STARTED BLOWING THEM AWAY WITH DIFFERENT GUNS BEFORE RUNNING SOME OVER WITH REALLY FAST CARS!!! AND THEN I REMEMBER THAT I GOT A BOAT ⛵ AND SAILED AROUND FOR A WHILE.. IT WAS SO MUCH FREAKING FUN!!!

Nostalgia!!! Wow this is so wholesome, and what's odd is I played this game the same way he is, the love for bikes, the stunt jumps on those ramps, but for some reason I thought there's a more sane way to do things but after Brad's scene at the golf club with the old golfers jumping him and chasing him😂😂😂 I'm convinced there isn't... It's so much fun!!!

Honestly man this video brought back so many memories, I've been playing gta 2 since I was 8 or 9 and vice city was such a good time. I remember being a vigilante around the mall and helping cops. Then going into the military base and blasting the shit out of them on the first guard tower LOL thank you for bringing back the memories :) please play the definitive edition more

Nostalgia nostalgia nostalgia, my god gta vice city was from the best era of my life, out wi the guys Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, hitting the clubs and pubs wi the odd remix from this game and in my opinion the best soundtrack ever, me and all my mates were playing this game too good times, I'm picking this up for nostalgia.

The memories from this game 😭😍. I remember how I would fresh up so fast after returning home from school and start playing this for hours, that I always got scolded from my mom 😂😂. And running over people was my fav thing 🤣 This game inspired me to choose my career in games and I graduated with a gaming degree n hopefully soon work in Rockstar games 🤞

The Banshee in Vice City is actually a Corvette Coupe, & the Banshee in GTA III is a Viper Convertible. We're actually not far from each other with age; I turned 36 on the 5th. When I was 35, I felt snug between young & old - it felt alright. Hope you have cool Birthday when it comes 🙂
