Great Job! I thought you were going to miss talking about the Gaylord and the also the fact that Grapevine is so well located. Not far from the airport, not far from Dallas, Not far from Plano or Carrollton, not far from Fort Worth. Good Job! It feels like you did your research. It has a nice lake and a marina place where you can rent boats
Moved to Grapevine in 2018 and I’ve loved every day being here. Not looking forward to moving (my fiancée doesn’t want to stay up here I do) it has everything I could ever want. It’s historical. Secluded enough to have peace and quiet but close enough to downtown the airport etc to not be left out and there’s just so many great activities. I proposed to my fiancée at the gaylord in front of the giant Christmas tree in the atrium and this is the first city I’ve lived in after moving from NY so maybe I’m just sentimental but I love it here.
@@faithvalentin1403 She doesn’t want to stay in grapevine specifically because it’s farther from family. She doesn’t want to leave Texas just this specific spot. Lockdown and restrictions are pretty much non existent. I haven’t worn a mask yet and the worst thing they can do is fine you if you refuse to wear one in areas you can’t keep 6 feet apart. Everything is open besides that just with less max occupancy.
@@carryeveryday910 do ppl ever rent out property just rooms or the lower level/ garage? can i get an agent or use a website? any suggestions i would appreciate greatly
@@faithvalentin1403 Sure. People rent just like they would anywhere else though you don’t need to rent just a room seeing as an entire house can be rented for $1000 a month. Can’t really give you any recommendations on realtors agents etc because I didn’t use one I just found an apartment I liked and moved.
Thanks for the vid Dana, it's an area I've thought about personally. Weinbergers Deli in Grapevine might have the best sandwiches in DFW :) Will you be doing a video on Coppell? Just curious
Maam, I am transitioning out of the military. I am looking for a great place in Texas to settle down with my wife and 2 kids. I am mostly concerned over job opportunities and safety for my kids to grow up. My spouse is from Mexico so we want to be in the vicinity of Southern Texas for ease of travel. At this time we are lingering with San Antonio but are worried about the crime rate there.
Even though Zillow isn't accurate, it is the best site for public information. To get accurate info the only resource is a licensed agent because they can pull the real comps for a property. Our MLS actually prohibits agents from entering the exact amount a home sold for on Zillow.
