Sushi Man Santosh demonstrating how to fillet and clean Mackerel using traditional Japanese techniques.
Atlantic Mackerel is really delicious eating fish plus great flavour and extreme creamy meat with omega-3 fatty acids. It is one of the most popular fish in Japan especially in traditional sushi. Usually grilled with salt or also cooked with miso paste same as like pickled with salt and vinegar to kill bacteria and eaten as a sushi and sashimi style.
