Wow. That dogfight with the F-35 Sabre was something gracious I haven't seen in literal years, so rare to actually have the opportunity to fight someone purely in a dogfight without getting interrupted instantly.

The funny missile used to be much better and you could get a head on kill reliably but physics change nerfed it pretty badly and i think there might have been some other changes to it, its a sad missile now

one time these missles had 30G+ and insane speed for pretty long time. A bug obviously. Had much fun and did almost 4:1 kd

Oh the Head on fighting i did in this plane, Its wonderful. It also used to be good for chasing runners if they try a dive. I am also convinced the flight model for it is/has been broken for a long time.

It's a niche Aircraft, but a fun one that with practice gets very rewarding. I always go back to the F.7 for fun.

I love using this thing against prem g91's in headons. The amount of times they complained in chat about all aspect missiles in 8.7 never gets old.

6:57 would be a perfect replacement for the altitude warning in planes

You are right about the flaps only helping at low speed. Here's what's happening. The flaps are positioned in a way that they want to make you nose down. Normally, at low speed, you can just pull more elevator to cancel it out, but at high speed, you don't have enough force to deflect your elevators more than they already are, so you lose pitch up authority.

I had alot of fun with this. The goofy one of a kind missles, the wonky gun placement, the weird performance. Theres so many planes that are all the same. This isnt one of them

Hey Joob, I don't know how badly the swift's missiles were nerfed by the changes to SACLOS missiles with La Royale, but at least with TOW's, they can no longer turn much at all... it looked like you were trying to lead missiles the way you would with the old SACLOS setup rather than their current state

This thing is great in ground RB for killing Helicopters and Drones although it doesn't see drones anymore. It's also pretty good against enemy planes at that br

for being 8.7 the swift f7 is pretty good, you can energy trap most planes

I used to find them pretty funny but now I think i'd just rather use the NORD AAs for the head ons. You get 4 of them on the G.91 (or 2 + 2 AIM-9Bs with the custom loadouts you get now) and you can just fire and forget them

Fun fact, if you're both really brave and stupid the Swift is a supersonic plane. Man is that a scary experience though

I really don’t understand how you didn’t enjoy this plane much. I clutched so many games in this by never slowing down and doing hit and runs (not bz compression makes it very difficult) but everybody have their own style i guess

I pretty much only use the fireflash in head-ons using the radar. The lock can be finicky at times, but if it doesn't lock, you still have guns at least. When you do get a lock, fire and fly offset a little.

I once ran into a squad of 4 Stukkas in a 10.7 matchmaker. You could imagine my disappointment when I flew to teammates for backup and ran into them. They did not help 😂😂 I have actually seen a prop kill an F-5C who was dumb enough to take a head-on with a prop. Hardest I've laughed playing WT.

That plane is a nice looking thing, being British i've never actually played Britain so i never get to see our own stuff outside of real life

This Level of Brit planes are VERy hard to play

The meme missiles are good in headons but you need to have the radar on, and even then there's a 20% chance they veer off and do thier own thing. Still there's no indicator for the enemy and they pack a punch

Currently trying to spade this and the 300 cannon rounds are painful 😅

You can use flaps as flaps at low speed, it's only functioning as airbrake at high speeds

You're able to kill ground targets in grb - mainly light tanks and spaa but its funny when you kill them

Remember lads, if you get max uptiered in a jet and have to face 30G missiles while you have no flares, just J out :) .... stay based

Yo plz take A10 to 4000 meaters and snipe ppl with aim9Ls it would bring me much joy and good tip 1.00 to 1.50 aim like 3 cm off of the direction it is turning give the A-10 a small Shake around and eight out of ten of your target. Will get fucking wasted
