The house itself is in fabulous condition and move in ready. It's a shame that the shared courtyard isn't better maintained. That cantina is unbelievable.

All the cantina is fabulous! That ceiling is just incredible, I could see where the cantina could be a great place for an upright piano can you imagine the sound in that room and a tasting room a little pub you can build the entire interior of the house from the ceiling alone you could carry that decoration throughout the entire house

You could take care of that much garden with a weed eater. Beautiful floor plan and in great shape. The wood looks outstanding. And a carport is a great thing to have. Thank you for doing this video and taking us along.

Love it! Great price for a house with style and sensible floorplan. And, that cantina is amazing! just wish I could find something like this "in town" at a reasonable price.

Very nice property... can see that it could be the basis for a lovely life for somebody/bodies (me included if i was ready for the shift and had a partner to accompany me on new adventure😊)... the courtyard setup shared with other properties appeals to me ... could imagine it would be a lovely communal area... if the different houses all had children... a great playspace together.... or for the adults ...great for 'community-building' a shared garden and social space..❤

Beautiful property! From the looks of the home the last part of the house that has the Cantina entrance was added to the house after the main home was built. Different color brick and relatively new concrete steps into the cantina ( or as we call it in the states, the basement). This property is very well laid out but needs some serious TLC in the garden area.

Neighbours, always neighbours. They have annoying, horrible things like dogs and children, outside lights and endless other nuisances. Took me ages to find my home with one neighbour, who's 88 and a good 100 metres away behind some trees, no streetlights, woodland on 3 sides, two gates to get through before you arrive and my very own bridge. Heaven.

Ooooh. Wow.... This is such a lovely home. Really ita probably perfect for me. The 2 bedrooms, the wood stairs are gorgeous and its got great lighting with so many windows. And, wow excellent sized bed rooms. Beautiful vaulted ceilings. The building next door scares me a little bit, but im afraid of everything. The only other thing would be to maybe redo kitchen. But wow that cantina could be made into a million different thing. Art n crafts toom, anoter apartment, or spare rooms, infinite ideas for the cantina! This property is really worth the money. If my money wasnt tied up right now, id probably purchase it. Oh and build a pool in yard😂!

I really liked the house but that us the room off the kitchen in the back, you didn't show any pictures of that, it can be clearly seen as some other space being there from standing in the lounge and looking towards the kitchen, there is a door, where does it lead to?
