In this video I'm showing you what project & render settings are good to use for RU-vid Gaming in HD. Never render in 60FPS if your footage isn't 60FPS. If you're not sure, use 30FPS on both project and render settings. I recommend Nvidia Shadowplay for recording.
RU-vid videos that are 6 minutes or less:
1920x1080 - 60 FPS = 16Mbps
1920x1080 - 30 FPS = 12Mbps
1280x720 - 60 FPS = 10 Mbps
1280x720 - 30 FPS = 8 Mbps
RU-vid videos that are longer than 6 minutes:
1920x1080 - 60 FPS = 12Mbps
1920x1080 - 30 FPS = 10Mbps
1280x720 - 60 FPS = 7.5 Mbps
1280x720 - 30 FPS = 5 Mbps
If you still want super clear quality videos (which is overkill in my opinion and takes much more space):
1920x1080 - 60 FPS = 26Mbps
1920x1080 - 30 FPS = 18Mbps
1280x720 - 60 FPS = 14 Mbps
1280x720 - 30 FPS = 12 Mbps
I recommend a rendering template that uses CABAC, which is a current entropy coding form for H.264.
Disable Resample on all videos, you can select all videos at the same time and right-click and hit "switches".
