comparing a 3% fps difference over 10 years of csgo updates vs the ~30%+ reduction in performance from 12 months of cs2 updates is absurd, I hope you know this

The triple box jump jump failure is a result of CS2's movement collision system, not jump height inconsistency. In CSGO displacements had similar movement issues, such as getting stuck while gliding across (e.g. Mirage walls, especially top mid). The new engine treats the entire map mesh in a similar way to displacements of yesteryear, without the right collision fixes ;(
I am a faceit level 10 player that never got to very high elo because I don’t play in team, and honestly never cared for nades and strategy too much , so not on aim and killing but these win games most of the times I was curious about this topic because on csgo I was able to play sensitivity from 0.75 min to 2 on 800 dpi ! That’s a huge difference And it didn’t matter because hit register on csgo in the last 2 years was really fixed In cs2 I have the sensation high sens is not working .. I feel that at 1.5 sens at 800 dpi the hit register doesn’t work .. I am getting plus 20 kills with a max of 32 ( my record at level 10 ) at low sens max 1.2 but. Better with 1.0 0.9 or 0.8 .. so I feel it for S1mple I think he needs to change his sensitivity ..
can you stop using show pos to report jump height? it only shows jump height on tick borders which means you could be higher in between ticks. it doesnt show the actual height you have.
I still get the big where you tap the windows key to exit out just to msg someone on discord & when I click on the cs2 icon, nothing happens, I have to exit the game
I'm pretty sure you are unable to hit the triple jump that fast becauae of the crouch stamina/fatigue, try doing them with a greater delay between each crouch and I can replicate them perfectly, I think this is also replicable on legacy csgo
It's just so sad seeing how they're 'trying' to address all the jumping/movement related issues by what are seemingly just work-arounds. Just get rid of sub-tick and bring back 128 tick and put the game back in it's state where NONE of these issues were prevalent.. "take a couple seconds and stretch your legs", I understand this is a joke but man the fact it's seriously a 'fix' is unbelievable. This is the game we're playing on.
I went from 360 avg fps in csgo to 170fps in cs2 and when is to much people around me or nades its under 100fps amazing game so they force every player to buy new pc
@@milanristic9758 yeah exactly when ever you shoot your fps goes down it makes spray way harder then it was in csgo. That is why it doesn't feel good while spraying

Ah, the jump height thing. I just thought I was going completely insane failing a long jump over and over with the correct inputs before this patch, even when I hit the keys and air strafed at just the right time when I experienced it with the cl_showpos 1 command
I have gotten that a few times where it definitely wasn't an error on my part when doing jump throws. I would hit space and mouse1 and then I would just not jump and throw it at a wall. Then there are the times where I know I messed up. But, when I hit the right keys at the exact time, and it just absolutely fails, then I am mad...because I just spent a smoke grenade, I can't buy another one, $300 gone from the team, and now a critical smoke isn't deployed I like doing the window smoke, but yeah, a few times it didn't allow me to jump.
Jump consistency literally rng compared to csgo where its consistent cs2 make more rng to let new player able to compete just like valorant i think its also based on playerbase what they want of majority
@@fav843 yeah I was gonna say, RNG would make it more difficult to pull off an aspect of game mechanics consistently....really, even for players that aren't new, if it's too random
