Jorn Lande is a great singer loved his work with Master Plan, Allen/Lande and his solo work including covers. the one i liked most was the Dracula album

Billy, love your content. Ronnie James Dio is the voice of Dio, which was his foray into a solo career, Black Sabbath (after Ozzie left) and Rainbow. One of the best Metal voices ever. So yeah, you're correct.

Ronnie James dio sang songs with a few bands before going solo including Rainbow and black sabbath after ozzy bounced.

another interesting thing about this song, Jorn used song titles and lyrics from Dio's career throughout the song. Rainbow in the dark, One night in the City, Neon Knights and other references in this song

Interseting fact. Jorn was hired by Heaven and Hell to help on the last tour. If Ronnie could not sing on all songs in a show, Jorn would come in and sing for him.. This never happened because RJD died before tour.. This is why Jorn did the cd Dio and this song. They were friends from being on tour together in 2000. Jorn was in yngwie Malmsteen's band opening for Dio.
