I love this coastline and the small towns for eating and exploring. Glad to see that there are decent real estate values - with sea views - even along the Costa Blanca. Alicante and Valencia are on my Top 5 retirement destinations, which you have covered in previous videos, Giorgio.
Mike Alicante and Valencia are my favorite cities in Spain. Not bad that you can get real estate with sea views on the Costa Blanca for around 2,000 Euros per sqm.
Just subscribed 🙏 where would you recommend for us to buy a property and rent it out ? I am freom Nederland! Can we also find reliable agents who can handle renting, cleaning etc..? Thank you🤜🤛
the problem with this area is that it gets unbelievably hot in the summer. i was there in Playa Flamenca (near to Guardamar) this Summer and it was so hot that I had to escape to Madrid, which was actually much more of a respite
The summer of 2023 was particularly hot. Many people buy these properties and use them for only part of the year often just to avoid the North European winter.
