I attempting to go back to a plant based lifestyle, and I just say, that lahanosalata looks incredible, and very easy to put together. Really want to try to make it. I want to use Italian parsley though.
What a great presentation idea for the salad. It reminds me loosely of a communal version of the English ploughman's lunch, but oh so much better because it's Greek! (This coming from a woman of Irish/UK and Norwegian ancestry; yikes on those cuisines!). Peace Out!!
