Dear Ken, your love of food and generosity of spirit live on and continue to bring joy to thousands of us. It was my son's birthday last week and I made this in your memory. I'm not cake baker, and this was the first time I've made galaktoboureko. It was delicious, and not too challenging...just like you said. Thank you and rest in peace. Your legacy endures.

Ken has a large following of YT friends; we'd have love to acknowledge his passing and celebrate his contribution to breaking down barriers with food.

I once made Galaktoboureko ,but didn't find the semolina,so I used "Cream of Wheat"-the Greek lady that works at the grocery store recommended.It did work very well.Next time I'll use semolina,as I have it in my pantry now.Thank you so much for the recipe , it's my favorite dessert.
My absolute favorite besides baklava.... Greek Lemon Chicken with roasted potatos is a childhood favorite. Mom was a waitress at Tge Princetonian Diner in Jersey for years. The Best cooks Ever are Greeks....
Ken, you’re so personable I love it! I eat Greek food several times a week. Unfortunately I’m not much of a cook so I have to rely on my favorite Greek restaurant when I’m craving Greek food (which is a lot!)
