there was no doubt in my mind that they were going to win the super bowl that year and then they went up against Atlanta and it was over

I was at this game was cold as mofo. But was awesome!

As a packers fan this game was lost by the giants. The giants defense stood tall and stifled the high powered packers offense for most of the first half, playoff Eli showed up and this game could’ve been blown open in favor of the giants in the 2nd quarter if not for all those drops. But them kicking field goals kept the packers in the game and the defense for the giants as good as it was can’t be hung out to dry like that against a great qb. After the Hail Mary you could see the giants were starting to lose heart because that kickoff return where the guy just stepped out inside the 5 yard line and the fumble that none of the giants even bothered to recover. That shows that they started to lack concentration and they flat out gave up at the end. It’s a shame too because I thought this was gonna be the game of the week and my friend she’s a huge giants fan and for giants fans this was a shame because the giants could’ve had the trifecta in the playoffs at lambeau, having beaten favre in the 2007 championship game, Rodgers and the 15-1 team in the 2011 divisional round and this wild card round. I’m glad the packers won this game but man did the giants receivers give this game to the packers

Juan Hernandez Both times the Giants won and went on to win the super bowl. Drops are part of the game. No excuses for losing the NFC championship game at home , then going 15-1 and getting soundly beat again at home. It’s mute point now, it can’t be changed. Like the colts beating the jets after losing SB 3 or the Vikings beating the chiefs after losing Sb 4.

Trainking922 U can't deny that he showed alot of promise in his rookie year. He unfortunately never really lived up to it afterwards and wasn't a shutdown corner like alot of people were expecting him to be. I personally don't understand how Quinton Rollins is still on the team. Dude is a complete bust and was getting beat year after year with no turnovers but somehow kept his job?
