Holy crapp homecoming !? Also appreciate the upload homie. But you forgot to add whatsername in the time list! It’s amazing how solid Green Day STILL sounds to this day.
I was there and it was one of the best things to ever happen in my life! I was right in front of the barrier and I also filmed the whole set, however no where near as smooth as this, granted, I was jamming out the whole time! Also small note: a woman next to me actually revived one of Tré Cool’s many drum sticks and I got one of Mike Dirnt guitar picks!
LOL - I fell for it !!!! - BTW in the Bullet In A Bible concert DVD Trè was wearing a full on Royal Canadian Mounted Police uniform, sitting in front of a table of donuts - that's pretty Canadian :)

Awesome show🔥 But poor quality sound from osheaga. I was at the casino terrasse and it was unusual for this kind of event to happen, Not loud enough. It was better at the FEQ. Same thing with rancid and smashing..... Anyway big thanks for the share🤘
@@belkev1 Sound was pretty good on the gold terrace IMHO - my biggest complaint is typically vocals not loud enough. Not a problem Saturday for GD or SP. We were closer for Rancid on the gold ground and it was too loud overall for me. I guess it really depends where you are relative to the speakers. You're most welcome on the share 🤟
@@TheCastellowsLive Yeah vocals, i guess we're used to the FEQ cause the sound was much more mastered last year for GD, but it depends on everyones opinions. We were at the right side of the bar second floor. The couple beside me, saw them 6 times and us, 2 times before and found that it was not enough loud. Vocals at least. But the terrasse in general sounded great. Great fucking week-end overall 🤙 Justice🔥 Mochakk🔥 Keep on rockin' guys✌
It's too bad crowds don't move anymore. Just complete stillness. That's always the biggest part of the show for me - The excitement of the crowd, that's where the true memories are created and the band feeds off it.
Sounds about right - they only have 2 hours at the festival vs the two and a half needed for full albums. I wanted to hear "Pulling Teeth" and "I was all by myself" :) Still a great show!

Nope. They played 2 hours and had to cut a few tracks. I was looking forward to Pulling Teeth but some Dookie tracks had to be cut too. I think outside a festival they play another half hour and can fit all the songs in :)
@@TheCastellowsLive I was at Rogers Centre and really liked the setlist, but like stated elsewhere… nothing beats the acoustics of certain outdoor venues
They skip Burnout, Having a blast, Chump, Pulling teeth, Sassafras roots, Coming clean, Eminius sleepus and All by myself from Dookie and Extraordinary girl and she's a rebel from American Idiot
I agree - the sound and mix was great at Osheaga back where we were (near the front of the Gold platform). Closer up it was too loud for us old dudes (we were up close on the ground for Rancid earlier). Getting a good mix can be a challenge at live shows (hence my AI track separation and remixes for several of The Castellows songs I posted) but the Green Day / Osheaga team nailed it. Its a balance being up close to see the fingers on the frets vs getting a good sound mix further back but having to look at the screens :)
