Thank you for this conversation. Not only is grieving discouraged, but then the griever is chastised for having a negative attitude and thus perpetuating their illness. Wishing you all the best, dSavannah.

Great conversation! I appreciated the description of the immense work of trying to get medical care and hearing you talk about the small worlds we live in and our often, for lack of better words, mundane activities and accomplishments…(Reading poems, folding laundry…) I love Brianne Benness’s work and

Wow this is my favourite episode so far!! This lady is great and we have a few things in common. The journal idea is fantastic. I do a sort of gratitude journal. Every day i only write good things in it. Try for three but some days it's just one. Sometimes it's a real struggle to find things and can be very basic. But it's valuable for me. I wrote down that grief quote, it's so true! I know you said you don't want to offer advice but a video at the end of this series with practical ideas would be really valuable. I know you could address that really well. Happy new year from nz. ❤

A gratitude journal is always a good idea. But I feel like what I need more is an Ungrateful Bitch journal. For grief.
